Founded in 1998,Zhejiang Franta Co., Ltd consists of two subsidiary corporations, Ningbo Friend kitchenware Co., Ltd and Ningbo Franta pipe industry Co., Ltd, whose business scope covers high-end kitchen sink, stainless steel pipe, sanitary appliance and range hood accessories. Located in Cixi, a city near to Hangzhou Bay Bridge, Franta has become the largest high-end kitchen sink and stainless steel pipe manufacturing base with total area of 108000 square meters, more than 600 employee and annual production value RMB 500 million. In 1998, Franta successfully developed one-piece stainless steel sink, then made breakthrough in pressing stainless steel sink depth to 200mm, and got several national invention patent, which facilitating the drawing technology to be used in high-end kitchen sink. In 2005,Franta set about researching and developing stainless steel pipe and pressed fitting, in combination of German pressed technology and strong mould development capability, and invested to build production base with annual yield 7,000 ton pipes, introducing a series of advanced press machines, pipe-making facilities, welding machines, inspection equipments. Precise mould and equipments ensure product accuracy, advanced production process guarantees the product quality and excellent inspection ensures product reliability. Franta now can manufacture pressed joint pipe covering specification DN15-DN100 and groove joint pipe covering DN125-DN300 with different standards, meeting demand of American, European and Asian market.
